for new & long-running teams

EngX HI is designed for teams with a minimum tenure of one year from the start of the program to ensure long-term cohesion and productivity. The program should be introduced right at the team's inception for the best results. However, it can also be applied to long-running teams as long as they remain active for at least another year.

managers’ participation is optional
